We do not provide bartending or bar service, but we can help you get the drinks and supplies you need for the people who will be serving them.
Event Drink Planning Without the Guesswork
Every event is different, so we start with the basics: what kind of event you are hosting, how many people are attending, how long the event will run, and what your guests are likely to drink.
From there, we can help you think through beer, wine, liquor, mixers, specialty sodas, nonalcoholic beverages, ice, cups, and kegs. We can also help you plan around your budget and point you toward sale items or cost-conscious options when they make sense.
The more information you can share, the better we can help. Guest count, event type, age range, drink preferences, and expected alcohol consumption can all make a difference when estimating what to order.
Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, and Private Celebrations
For weddings, rehearsal dinners, family parties, and private celebrations, it helps to have someone walk through the drink order with you.
We can help you think through what to serve, how much to buy, whether a keg makes sense, and how to balance beer, wine, liquor, mixers, and nonalcoholic options. We can also help you look for current sales or lower-cost options that still fit the style of your event.
If you are planning ahead for a wedding or larger celebration, give yourself extra time. Kegs and special-order items require advance notice, and larger event orders are easier to build when we have enough time to confirm availability.
Corporate Events, Fundraisers, and Community Gatherings
JD’S can also help with beverage planning for corporate events, holiday parties, fundraisers, community gatherings, and other group events.
Maybe you need a simple beer and wine order for an office party. Maybe you are planning a fundraiser and want to keep costs practical. Maybe you are putting together a larger event and need help making sure you have enough drinks, ice, mixers, and supplies.

Kegs, Cases, Mixers, Ice, Cups, and More
If your event includes a keg, please plan ahead. JD’S needs at least two weeks’ notice for keg orders.
To start, call us or stop into the store and let us know what kind of keg you are looking for. We will check availability before you pay. Once availability is confirmed, you will need to come into the store and pay before the keg is ordered.
Bud Light, Budweiser, Miller Lite, and Coors Light are always available to be ordered. Specialty beers and seasonal beers need to be checked for availability.

Delivery should not be assumed or guaranteed. If you have a question about what may be possible for your order, please ask, and we will let you know what we can do!
For kegs and special-order items, plan for at least two weeks of notice whenever possible. This gives us time to check availability, confirm distributor stock, and help you avoid last-minute surprises.
